Zeke Maggard

Hi there! My name is Zeke Maggard, and I am a Litigation Attorney at the Ramos Law Firm. I joined Ramos Law in 2025 to further my personal mission of making a meaningful impact in the lives of others through legal service. Before joining Ramos Law, I worked in the litigation department of another Denver personal injury firm, where I helped a deserving client secure a Top 10 Jury Verdict in the State of Colorado for 2024. I’ve also facilitated dozens of six-figure settlements for injured clients and have experience in all stages of litigation.

I’m proud to be part of the Ramos Law family because of their unwavering commitment to fighting for their clients and delivering exceptional results.

I grew up deep in the Appalachian Mountains of Southeastern Kentucky, in a rural coal mining community. From a young age, I heard stories about how large corporations took financial advantage of local residents and harmed the environment—often because people didn’t know how to read, let alone understand, the contracts they were signing.

Those stories inspired me to pursue law. There’s often a gap between the person being harmed and the person committing the harm—whether educational, financial, cultural, or otherwise. Without a strong advocate, that gap can feel impossible to bridge. As a plaintiff’s personal injury attorney, I’m here to help close that gap and fight for justice.

I earned my J.D. from Tulane University Law School in 2019 and moved to Denver with my then-fiancée, now wife. We chose Colorado for its beautiful outdoors and wide-open spaces. We have a Corgi named Roxy, who joins us on many of our adventures. When we’re not working or relaxing at home, you can find us skiing, hiking, camping, or enjoying the parks around Denver. I also enjoy video games, sports, music, and working on my car whenever I have the time.
