Some cases are simply cases. Others become a chapter of your life.

My experience with Ramos Law and my attorney, Ross Iakovakis, was anything but an ordinary case.

Following my accident, I faced an extremely difficult and complicated journey that involved multiple surgeries, significant injuries, and the added complexity of pre-existing conditions. I was injured and my car totaled in an accident. The accident was 100% the other parties fault and I had dash cam footage as evidence. The other driver only had the minimum coverage required by Colorado and it barely covered the cost of my totaled car. The insurance companies were fighting back and forth and neither appeared to care about resolving anything. I decided to reach out to Ramos law for help. I’m so glad I did. Eventually, my case was routed to attorney Joanna DeRosia and her paralegal Lydia Beverly. This Ramos team handled all the issues with the insurance companies, my medical providers, and kept me well informed along the way. They asked for documentation and records when they were needed and handled the negotiations with my insurance company who covered most of my case through my underinsured motorist coverage. I’m so glad I had Joanna and Lydia in my corner. If you drive in Colorado, my advice is to have a dashcam always recording, carry the maximum amount of underinsured/uninsured motorist coverage and if you do get injured in accident, call Ramos law and ask to get Joanna DeRosia and Lydia Beverly on your case.
