Matthew S. Shows

Matthew S. Shows is an experienced litigation attorney at Ramos Law, bringing extensive expertise in personal injury law and insurance recovery to the firm. Following the merger between The Paul Wilkinson Law Firm – where he served as a partner – and Ramos Law, Matthew continues to leverage his proven track record of successfully resolving thousands of injury cases and obtaining millions of dollars in compensation for his clients.

Raised in Southern California, Matthew pursued his undergraduate studies at the University of Colorado at Boulder before embarking on an enriching three-year professional experience in Osaka, Japan. He earned his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law in New York, where he developed his legal and business acumen through positions with The Better Business Bureau of Metropolitan New York and Motorola Japan in Tokyo.

Before becoming a partner at The Paul Wilkinson Law Firm, Matthew served as an attorney and Of Counsel for some of Colorado’s largest insurance recovery law firms. His comprehensive litigation experience spans a wide range of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, motorcycle accidents, semi-truck accidents, premises liability injuries, traumatic brain injuries, dog bites, assault and battery, and wrongful death cases.

Matthew‘s diverse background is reflected in his bar admissions across multiple jurisdictions – Colorado, California, and New York. He maintains active memberships in several professional organizations, including the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Colorado, and the American Association for Justice, demonstrating his commitment to advancing the interests of injury victims and the legal profession.
