Director of Consumer Law

I am thrilled to be starting at the Ramos Law Firm as the Director of the Consumer Law Division. Previously, I started my own firm in 2009, the day after I passed the bar exam.   I started out doing bankruptcies and divorces, but fell into consumer protection law when a few friends started getting harassed by collection agencies for debts they didn’t owe. Shortly after that, my own identity was stolen, and my credit destroyed by a bank and a credit bureau for a debt I didn’t owe.   Since then, I have been working on consumer protection cases, and have successfully represented hundreds of people who have been taken advantage of by large and powerful corporations. Before I was an attorney, I was in the U.S. Navy for 5 years – I served at the Pentagon and was there for the 9/11 attacks. I also served in Iraq from 2003-2004. When I was in the Navy, I attended college in my off duty hours, and earned my bachelor’s degree from Columbia College.   After I got out of the Navy, I went to law school in Michigan and earned my law degree from Michigan State University.

I grew up in Arvada, CO. I’m married and have four kids. My hobbies include fishing, hiking, traveling, reading, and suing big corporations.
