Hello! My name is Tiffany Morgan, and I am originally from Nicaragua. I have a background in customer service and began working in the workers’ compensation field in 2022.
Currently, I am part of the Intake team, where I enjoy connecting with people, listening to their stories, and helping guide them through difficult situations with empathy and patience. One of the most valuable lessons I have learned throughout my professional journey is the importance of truly listening and making others feel heard during challenging moments in their lives.
Working in the legal and workers’ compensation field has allowed me to continue developing my communication skills while learning how to navigate fast-paced environments that require compassion, organization, and attention to detail. I enjoy being part of a team that helps injured workers feel supported and informed throughout the process.
Outside of work, I enjoy music, traveling, and discovering new places whenever I have the opportunity. In my free time, I love reading literature, especially mystery and suspense novels that keep my imagination engaged like a late-night detective film. I also enjoy learning about different cultures, exploring new experiences, and spending quality time with my family.
