Rode Baltodano

Rode Baltodano is a Medical Records Acquisition Specialist at Ramos Law. She joined the firm in 2025, seeking an opportunity to grow professionally while helping others.

Originally from Nicaragua, Rode brings experience from administrative and customer service roles, where she developed a strong foundation in organization, attention to detail, and clear communication. Through her professional background, she has learned the value of consistency and empathy when supporting clients through sensitive and often stressful situations.

Rode’s skill set includes case management support, client communication, follow ups, and effective teamwork. She takes pride in contributing to a collaborative environment focused on helping people during difficult times.

Outside of work, Rode enjoys spending time with her family, learning new skills, and staying organized. She is a proud mother, and family plays a central role in her life. Her passions include personal growth, helping others, and continuously improving both personally and professionally.
