Hello, my name is Patricia “Patty” Carlson, and I am one of the receptionists here at Ramos Law. I joined Ramos Law in June 2024 after moving to the beautiful state of Colorado from Michigan.
I have over 25 years of clerical and customer service experience, and I was looking for a position where I could use my skills to make a difference and help people. Luckily, I found Ramos Law.
I work at the DTC office and have enjoyed helping make the office feel welcoming for our clients and anyone who visits. As a receptionist, I am often the first point of contact people have with Ramos Law. I help direct them to our outstanding Client Services Team, who can further assist them and give them the attention they deserve.
Ramos Law cares about its employees, but more importantly, the firm cares deeply about its clients and is always willing to go above and beyond to help them.
I was born and raised in Boston but lived in the Midwest for the past 40 years before moving to Colorado. I have two sons who, along with their wives, also live here in Colorado. I also have two wonderful grandchildren: a two-year-old grandson and a four-month-old granddaughter.
