Nicholas Nowicki

Hello! My name is Nicholas Nowicki. I am an attorney based in the Phoenix office at Ramos Law. I joined Ramos Law in 2025 to be part of a larger litigation team. I grew up in Scottsdale, but I went to law school at the University of Minnesota. Prior to Ramos Law, I owned my own firm with a partner with offices in Minneapolis and Phoenix. I litigated consumer rights, employment, personal injury, and civil rights claims. I spent most of my time litigating class actions on behalf of victims of white-collar fraud and employees receiving improper pay. That experience showed me what it takes to beat large corporations and insurance companies.

I have spent most of my life in the Phoenix area. I love being an attorney that fights for those that have been injured or wronged. When I am not doing that, I enjoy watching football and spending time with family and friends.
