Marvin Nunez

Hello, my name is Marvin Nunez, and I am part of the Medical Records Retrieval team at Ramos Law. I joined the firm in 2025 while seeking a role that aligned with my long term career goals. I am originally from Nicaragua and previously worked in the BPO industry for three years. Through those experiences, I developed a strong attention to detail and gained valuable knowledge of HIPAA compliance while working as a debt collector. That background has been especially helpful in my current role.

My skill set includes strong communication and people skills, effective time management, and a willingness to support my teammates whenever needed. I am a fast learner and take pride in staying organized and efficient. One of the most important lessons I have learned throughout my career is the value of simplicity. Early on, I relied too heavily on technical language, which often caused confusion. Over time, I learned that clear, straightforward communication is far more effective. Whether I am explaining a process to others or writing notes for myself, I focus on providing useful detail in simple, easy to understand language.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and a close circle of friends. I believe family time is never wasted. As the firstborn son, I grew up with significant responsibilities, especially within a close family that includes my mother and younger brother. Those early experiences helped shape me into the disciplined and responsible person I am today.

Some of my passions include arts and crafts, cooking, listening to music, and traveling. I enjoy road trips to different cities and regions to discover new landscapes, cultures, and local food. These hobbies bring me a great deal of joy, as my curiosity has always driven me to learn, create, and explore. Music is a constant companion in everything I do and adds an extra layer of enjoyment to all of my favorite activities.
