Hello! My name is Justo Barrera, and I am part of the Ramos Law team as a Medical Records Acquisition Specialist. I have also recently stepped into a new role as a Legal Assistant.
I entered this field to grow professionally and expand my experience in both healthcare and legal support. In my role, I focus on obtaining, organizing, and managing medical and billing records while supporting legal processes that help ensure accuracy and efficiency in case management.
Throughout my career, I have developed strong organizational and communication skills while working with healthcare providers and internal teams. My experience has taught me the importance of attention to detail, persistence, and clear communication. One of the most valuable lessons I have learned is the importance of staying proactive and adaptable, especially in a fast-paced environment where timelines and accuracy are critical.
As I continue growing in my new role, I look forward to expanding my knowledge of the legal field and contributing to the team’s success by helping ensure records and case-related tasks are handled efficiently and accurately.
Outside of work, I enjoy unwinding and recharging, whether that means relaxing at home or finding simple ways to stay productive and organized. I would describe myself as calm under pressure, dedicated, and always willing to learn and take on new challenges. Maintaining a healthy balance between work and personal life helps me stay focused, motivated, and ready to support my team each day.
