Jennifer Resendiz

Hola! My name is Jennifer Resendiz, and I am part of the Intake team at Ramos Law. I joined the firm because I was drawn to its unique blend of legal and medical expertise, as well as its strong reputation for integrity and client-focused care. As a criminal justice student, I saw an opportunity to grow in a supportive environment that values learning and mentorship.

I am originally from Watsonville, California, and was raised in Colorado. I spent four years working in the medical field as a Healthcare Administrator. During two of those years, I worked in a personal injury clinic as a Patient Flow Coordinator, where I gained firsthand experience supporting individuals through challenging times. Through these experiences, I developed a strong understanding of the importance of compassion, clear communication, and attention to detail, especially when guiding people through complex or stressful processes.

My skill set includes patient advocacy, administrative coordination, bilingual communication, and strong organizational abilities. One of the most important lessons I have learned throughout my career is the power of empathy. Taking the time to truly listen to a patient’s concerns not only builds trust but also leads to better outcomes. This is something I carry with me when assisting new clients at Ramos Law.

I am proud to be part of the Ramos Law family because it aligns with my values of service, integrity, and continuous growth. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, trying new coffee shops, and exploring Colorado with friends and family. I am a proud daughter, sister, and aunt, and my family means everything to me.

Some of my passions include criminal justice, healthcare, and community outreach. These interests continue to inspire me to serve others with purpose and dedication as I pursue a meaningful career.
