Jaqueline Pena Holguin

Hello! My name is Jaqueline Pena, and I am part of the Intake Specialist team at Ramos Law. I joined the firm in 2025. I am originally from Chihuahua, Mexico, grew up in Phoenix, Arizona, and moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado in 2017.

I bring experience as a Receptionist, Intake Specialist, and Bilingual Legal Assistant from previous firms. I truly enjoy being someone people can turn to for help, especially within the Hispanic community. Being able to serve as a supportive voice during difficult times is something I take great pride in. I am grateful to be part of the Ramos Law family, where I have felt welcomed and supported since day one.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, hiking, and exploring new hobbies. I have a passion for plants and currently care for over 300 indoor plants. I also love Halloween and scary movies. At home, I have a full house with two dogs, two cats, one snake, and four spiders.

I am excited about the future and look forward to continuing to grow both personally and professionally.
