About Donald Cooper

Donald Cooper Ph.D. is Director of the Medical Science Division at Ramos Law.  He is a nationally recognized expert with a diverse background in numerous areas, including Molecular Genetics, Neuropharmacology/ Neurophysiology, Molecular Diagnostics and FDA Clinical Research, Environmental Pathogen Detection and Surveillance and Concussive/Traumatic Brain Injury.  He has worked closely with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and FDA in the development and regulation of medical devices and novel drug delivery, and therapeutics for disease surveillance in the developing world.  As a Clinical Trial Principal Investigator he leads studies dedicated to establishing a national database to identify mechanisms of COVID-19 detection, immunity, transmission and pathology; the underlying biological cause of vaccine injury; and, death or injury in premature infants fed formula.  He has served on several National Institute of Health advisory medical science expert review panels.
