About Ethan Tourtellotte
Hello! My name is Ethan Tourtellotte, and I am an attorney with the pre-litigation team at Ramos Law Firm. I joined Ramos Law because of my intention to advocate for people during life’s most difficult moments, as opposed to being just another attorney representing faceless corporate interests.
Originally from Virginia, I am a proud graduate of Virginia Tech, where the official motto is Ut Prosim (“That I May Serve”). The motto of my alma mater resonates with me because I believe there is no higher honor than serving others, and I am grateful that I get to do just that everyday at Ramos Law.
I started my career as an attorney with the Colorado State Public Defender, representing people facing criminal charges throughout eastern Colorado. My time in the public defender’s office taught me the importance of respect and compassion while working with people during significant periods of adversity. After leaving the public defender’s office, I worked at a Native owned law firm, where I represented Native American tribes and tribal members in state, federal, and tribal courts throughout the United States.
Outside of work, I love spending time with family, snowboarding, running, and building Lego sets.
Ramos Law is always here to help. If there is anything you need, please do not hesitate to reach out. I am licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado, the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
