Emily McCurley

Hi! My name is Emily McCurley, and I am a pre-litigation attorney at the Ramos Law Firm.

I earned my law degree from Washburn University and began my career in Kansas, where I gained valuable experience in domestic relations, personal injury, and general civil litigation. That time sharpened my advocacy skills, deepened my understanding of client-centered legal service, and prepared me to provide thoughtful and effective representation to the people I serve.
As a native of Monument, Colorado, I wanted to return to be closer to my family and community. In my efforts to come home, I was fortunate to find a place at the Ramos Law Firm in 2025. I chose Ramos Law because I am passionate about personal injury law and helping clients recover from traumatic accidents. Moreover, I believe the values Ramos Law embodies are exceptionally important in the practice of law.

When I’m not working, you can usually find me hiking or running Colorado’s many beautiful trails with my mini dachshund, Wallace. I’m passionate about enjoying the outdoors, spending time with family, and running marathons.
