David Moraga

David Moraga is a Legal Assistant on the Pre-Litigation Personal Injury team at Ramos Law. He joined the firm in 2026 with the goal of continuing to grow his knowledge and expand his professional skill set within the legal field.

Originally from Nicaragua, David is currently pursuing a degree in Social Communication, with a focus on social media content and online community management. He brings over six years of experience in the BPO industry, where he has supported a variety of lines of business, including customer service, technical support, and medical insurance. In addition, he has two years of experience working with law firms in workers’ compensation, which has strengthened his understanding of legal processes, case management, and client communication.

Throughout his career, David has developed strong time management, accountability, and organizational skills. He has built a solid foundation in effective communication, attention to detail, adaptability, and problem-solving, allowing him to manage complex situations with professionalism and empathy.

In addition to his legal experience, David has worked with entrepreneurs in social media management and content creation, helping brands build their online presence and connect with their audiences. He enjoys creating content, has a strong creative mindset, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

He believes that continuous learning and adaptability are key to both personal and professional growth, and he approaches every challenge as an opportunity to improve and expand his capabilities.

David is proud to be part of the Ramos Law team because of the firm’s commitment to client care and its supportive, people-centered environment.

Outside of work, he enjoys going to the movies, watching films and TV series, and spending time with friends. He also enjoys exploring new places, including beach trips, small towns, and mountain getaways. He spent six months in the Costa Rican Caribbean, an experience he describes as both relaxing and enriching. He is a fan of The Hunger Games and RuPaul’s Drag Race.
