About Clark Litten
Hello, my name is Clark Litten. As an attorney with over 30 years of experience, I have successfully represented thousands of clients on their Workers’ Compensation, Social Security Disability, and Personal Injury claims. Growing up in Colorado, I earned my way through college and law school by working at various physically demanding jobs including laborer, assembly line worker, hod carrier, truck driver, forklift operator, landscaper, interior-exterior painter, janitor, busboy, and cook.
As a result of working at these labor-intensive jobs, and personally observing the dangers associated with them, it was a natural choice to represent those who have been injured on their jobs and in other activities. I am one of the few attorneys in Denver who understands from personal experience the financial and physical difficulties and abuse that is encountered in these jobs. I have represented all types of Workers’ Compensation, from arm and leg injuries to paralysis and death cases.
I also represent people with their Social Security Disability claims. Injured people typically don’t know how difficult, challenging, and time-consuming such cases can be, and how easily a simple mistake made by an injured disability claimant can delay their case for years – or worse – causing a needless denial of benefits. It’s my job to help injured people get through the complicated requirements of the Social Security system successfully so they can get the financial assistance they richly deserve.
I feel very proud and fortunate to have been able to help thousands of people with their Workers’ Compensation, Social Security Disability, and Personal Injury cases, and would consider it a privilege to represent you. I understand the needs and concerns of injured workers and am available to meet with clients after hours and outside the office when necessary. I am also a Colorado native who has been married for the last 25 years, which keeps me busy whenever I am not in the office.
