Alejandro Ornelas

Hello! My name is Alejandro Ornelas, but you’re welcome to call me Alex. I am part of the Intake Specialist team at Ramos Law. I joined the firm at the end of 2025 to explore a new career field and continue growing both professionally and personally. My goal is to use my experience and strengths to make a meaningful contribution to the Ramos Law team.

I was born in Mexico and raised in Eagle, Colorado, near the slopes of Vail and Beaver Creek. I have lived in Denver for about eight years while spending some time back in Eagle working in property management. During my four years in that field, I gained valuable experience connecting with residents, building strong relationships, and supporting teams that included leasing agents, coordinators, and maintenance staff. I worked with single family homes, homeowner associations, and multi-residential communities, which helped me grow as a leader capable of managing diverse operational needs.

My skill set includes proficiency with administrative software and digital tools, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. I am bilingual, which has allowed me to serve a broader and more diverse group of individuals. I enjoy problem-solving, collaborating with my team, and working toward solutions that leave everyone satisfied. As a fast learner, I am committed to developing in ways that benefit both my team and the clients we serve.

I’m excited to be part of the Ramos Law family because I know this is a place where I can grow, build meaningful connections, and contribute to a mission focused on helping others.

Outside of work, I love spending time with friends and family, making memories, and enjoying the outdoors with my dog. I’m a fan of live music, concerts, and festivals, and I enjoy social gatherings that bring people together. I am passionate about my Mexican American heritage and staying connected with my community through friendships, networking, and cultural involvement. I care deeply about human rights, LGBTQ+ rights, and women’s rights, and I strive to lead with a progressive mindset that supports others and helps make the world a better place. I also enjoy creative pursuits including visual arts, fashion and graphic design, painting, and crafting.
