Joseph Fredenburg

Hi! My name is Joseph Fredenburg, and I am a Litigation Attorney with Ramos Law, based out of Grand Junction, Colorado. I represent clients who have been seriously injured due to car accidents, slip and falls, medical mistakes, and nursing home abuse or neglect. I understand how overwhelming it can be to face medical bills, lost income, and uncertainty about the future, and I’m here to help you navigate the complex legal system with confidence.

I joined Ramos Law in 2025 because of its reputation as an industry-leading law firm that always puts clients first. Prior to joining Ramos Law, I was a shareholder at a personal injury law firm on the Western Slope, where I gained valuable trial experience and deepened my commitment to advocating for injury victims across Colorado.

I grew up in a small town in Upstate New York, where I learned the value of community and the importance of hard work. I received my undergraduate degree from the State University of New York College at Oneonta before moving west to attend law school at the University of Colorado in Boulder.

My practice focuses on a wide range of personal injury matters, including car and truck accidents, slip and fall injuries, medical malpractice, nursing home neglect and abuse, wrongful death, and catastrophic injuries. I am licensed to practice in Colorado and am also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my fiancé and our rescue dog, Ollie, exploring everything Western Colorado has to offer. In the winter, you’ll find us on the mountain searching for powder stashes, and in the summer, we’re usually riding mountain bikes, attending concerts, or traveling. As a proud New Yorker at heart, I’m still on a quest to perfect the ultimate homemade pizza recipe.
