Hello! My name is Marlon Uribe, and I am part of the Legal Support and Pre-Litigation Team at Ramos Law. I joined Ramos Law in 2026 because I was looking for an opportunity to continue growing professionally.
I am originally from El Salvador and have worked in project management, solar operations, customer service, and administrative support roles. Through these experiences, I have learned the importance of communication, organization, accountability, and providing excellent service to both clients and team members.
My skill set includes management support, document review, project coordination, data management, problem-solving, and process improvement. The most important lesson I have learned throughout my career is that success comes from consistency and attention to detail. Whether managing solar projects or supporting legal cases, taking the time to do things correctly the first time helps build trust and achieve the best possible outcomes.
I am happy to be part of the Ramos Law family because of the firm’s commitment to helping people.
Outside of work, I enjoy gaming and spending time with my pets. I am a proud pet dad and love caring for my cats and dogs.
Some of my passions include music and playing different instruments. These interests motivate me to keep learning and trying new things.
