Richard (Rick) Eddington has dedicated his entire 31 years of legal practice to helping individuals and families who have been the victims of personal injury and wrongful death accidents. Graduating in 1984 from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Rick has litigated countless trials and obtained many verdicts in excess of $1M. Rick’s extensive trial experience has led to
Rick’s extensive trial experience has led to appointment by his peers to the Board of Directors of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association. He has also been nominated to the American Board of Trial Advocates, as well as to both the Million Dollar and MultiMillion Dollar Advocate Forums.
Rick is a second-generation personal injury attorney, and learned at a young age the importance of hard work from his parents. His mother worked full-time at the telephone company to help support her family, while his father, as a young attorney, often worked nights and weekends to build a successful personal injury practice. Seeing the satisfaction his father got from helping people who were injured, and often in dire need of help, is what drove Rick to follow his footsteps into personal injury law.
Rick’s steadfast dedication to help others was the driving force that led him to join Ramos Law as Director of the Litigation Division.
