Sophia Ortiz

Hello! My name is Sophia Ortiz, and I joined the Ramos Law Firm in 2023 as a personal injury attorney. I was born and raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and attended the University of Iowa. After visiting Colorado Springs in the summer of 2022, I knew I had to make this beautiful state my new home. Despite growing up in the Midwest, I am closely connected to my family’s humble roots in Medellin, Colombia. I visit as often as I can to enjoy the sights, culture, and food with family and friends.

I couldn’t be more grateful for the warm welcome I’ve received at Ramos Law and am honored to join in their efforts to help people get through some of the most difficult times of their lives. As a bilingual attorney, I am proud of my ability to connect with clients that may find themselves dealing with an intimidating and foreign legal system.

In my free time, I enjoy being out and about with friends either hiking, playing soccer, dining, shopping, or listening to live music. I am always looking for new restaurant recommendations in the area!

Hola! Mi nombre es Sophia Ortiz, comencé a trabajar con Ramos Law como abogada de lesiones personales desde Agosto 2023. Nací en Cedar Rapids, Iowa y atendí a la Universidad de Iowa. Después de visitar Colorado Springs en el verano del 2022, supe que encontraría mi nuevo hogar en este estado tan hermoso. Aunque crecí en el medio oeste de los Estados Unidos, permanezco conectada con las raíces de mi humilde familia en Medellín, Colombia. Visito lo mas frecuente posible para disfrutar del paisaje, la cultura, y la comida con familia y amigos.

No podría estar más agradecida por la calurosa bienvenida que he recibido de Ramos Law y es un gran honor ser parte de los esfuerzos de la firma para ayudar a las personas durante algunos de los momentos más difíciles de sus vidas. Como abogada bilingüe, soy orgullosa de mi habilidad de conectar con clientes que se encuentran involucrados en un sistema legal intimidante y extraño.

En mi tiempo libre, me gusta salir a caminar al parque con mis amigos, jugar al futbol, ir de compras o a comer y escuchas conciertos en vivo. ¡Siempre estoy buscando recomendaciones de restaurantes nuevos en la cuidad!
