At Ramos Law, we are proud partners with STRIDE Community Health Center, one of the most selfless and important health care organizations in all of Colorado. STRIDE takes care of people…ALL people. Over 80% of their hundreds of thousands of patient visits annually are provided to patients who would be classified as underinsured or uninsured. At STRIDE, no patient is turned away, regardless of their ability to pay.

During what we now know to be a true health pandemic, STRIDE is doing what they can to help in the process of testing and diagnosing those with COVID-19. As you can see from the statement below, STRIDE has made the decision and the commitment to run toward the testing battleground vs. away from it…

Currently, STRIDE is one of the only Community Health Centers in Colorado testing for COVID-19. STRIDE has four locations offering COVID-19 testing, including two drive-thru testing locations. For more information on STRIDE’s response and efforts to COVID-19, please click here.

As a Community Health Center, STRIDE addresses the need for affordable and accessible medical, behavioral health, and dental care among low-income, uninsured, and underserved populations residing outside the city and county of Denver. In 2019, STRIDE served more than 50,000 patients in Adams, Arapahoe, Douglas and Jefferson counties.

Besides doing testing for COVID-19, STRIDE has stepped up to do their part to take care of patients in as many ways as possible. Even though the physical space in which patients receive care has changed, the effort to continue the incredible level of care offered by STRIDE has not. The same world-class care STRIDE patients had been receiving in person prior to COVID-19 is still being delivered, only now it’s being done in diverse and unique ways, including live phone calls and video calls. The reason for this innovation in patient care is so patients have ongoing access to the services they need in order to be as healthy as possible.

The statement below describes who STRIDE is and the services they offer to residents across the state of Colorado:
