Spencer B. Aitken

Attorney, Litigation

About Spencer B. Aitken

Hello, my name is Spencer B. Aitken, and I joined the Ramos Law Firm in 2024 as a Litigation Attorney. I became a lawyer because I wanted to help people, especially those injured because of the choices or actions of another. I strive to approach every case with compassion, understanding, and respect as my guiding ideals. I am honored to be part of Ramos Law because I know these goals and ideals are shared by all the members of the Ramos Law Family.

I was born and raised in Aurora, Colorado. I left Colorado to attend Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where I received my B.A. in 2017, quadruple majoring in Classical Humanities, Classical Languages, Biology, and History. I then attended Boston College, where I received my M.A. in Classics in 2019. I returned to Colorado for law school, graduating from the University of Denver in 2022. In my last semester of law school, I was a member of the University of Denver’s Civil Litigation Clinic, representing low-income clients in protective order cases.

I am a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, the Colorado LGBTQ+ Bar Association, the Denver Bar Association, and the Aurora Bar Association. Additionally, I am proud to serve on the executive board for the Colorado Bar Association’s Young Lawyer’s Division, as a Co-Chair of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association’s New Lawyer Division, and as part of the Membership Committee of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association.

When not working I can be found singing in choirs, enjoying the outdoors, cooking for friends and family, or crafting away on whatever cross-stitch, crochet, or knitting project I currently have in progress. I can also be found year-round preparing for my favorite holiday, Halloween.

Ramos Law is always here to help. If there is ever anything you need, please do not hesitate to reach out.
