Rylei Ottesen

Hello! My name is Rylei, and I am a dedicated Client Service Intake Team member at the Ramos Law Firm. I proudly joined Ramos Law in 2024 to embark on a career path where I can make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need. Being a Colorado native has instilled a deep understanding of the community I serve. Prior to joining Ramos Law, I gained valuable experience in customer service, particularly within a pain management company specializing in personal injury cases. These experiences have honed my listening skills and cultivated a profound sense of empathy, which allows me to provide exceptional support to every individual I encounter. My skill sets vary from teamwork to multitasking; the most important lesson I have learned throughout my career is to be confident and step outside your comfort zone.

When I’m not at work, I love being outdoors. I enjoy hiking, golfing, reading, and spending quality time with my friends and family. My boyfriend and I are proud pet parents to two adorable cats. When I’m not with them, I like to travel to visit family who I wish I could see more often.

I am incredibly passionate about personal growth and self-care.
