Robert Harper

Robert is a seasoned trial attorney with over 450 litigated cases and multiple courtroom victories across Colorado’s Federal, District, and County Courts, including numerous six- and seven-figure settlements. He is dedicated to employing strategic litigation tactics that give his clients a legal advantage while keeping them fully informed to make educated decisions. Having worked with both major insurance companies and leading personal injury firms, Robert brings a unique perspective to each case—leveraging his insight for the benefit of his clients. 

Robert earned his B.A. in History and Political Science from Albright University, where he received significant athletic honors, including All-American in Football, Defensive Player of the Year, and Student of the Year in 2009. He went on to earn both his J.D. and master’s degree from Vermont Law School. His awards and professional affiliations include Top 40 Under 40 for Lawyers in the State of Colorado and Colorado Rising Stars (awarded in 2025 by Super Lawyers, an honor given to only three percent of attorneys in Colorado). He is a proud member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Douglas County Bar Association.

Originally from an immigrant family from Belfast, Ireland, Robert grew up in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. He is an avid golfer, hiker, fly fisherman, and overly confident home cook. Having visited 42 national parks to date, he continues to seek new adventures. Robert enjoys spending quality time with his wife, two sons, and beloved dog, Jersey the Boxer—while passionately cheering on his Philadelphia Eagles (Go Birds!).
