Marcia Ramos

HELLO! My name is Marcia. I am part of the medical records requesting team at the Ramos Law Firm. I joined Ramos Law in February 2023 because I wanted to continue to grow and develop my skills. I love to travel and discover new places on my time off with my friends and boyfriend. I am a mother of three beautiful dogs: Billy, Rocky, and Duque.

A little more about me: I started in the BPO industry in 2015, where I was able to excel, make a difference, and deliver successful results on each project. I enjoy helping others and have developed great leadership skills. Some of my experiences include having supervised teams of customer service agents (20+). While I was a Team Lead/Coach, I participated in the training, monitoring, and development of new employees.

Some of my skills include organization, analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and a willingness to learn. I love to challenge myself and that is the reason why I’m trying to grow and be able to learn new things – this helps keep me motivated.

I am happy to be a part of the Ramos Law Family because I feel valued, and they always take the time and patience to guide me and help me in different situations and bring out the best in me.
