Edwin Diaz

Hello, my name is Edwin. I started my journey with Ramos Law in 2023 as a Client Service Representative. I am glad to be able to work at one of the best law firms in the state.

One of the values that I identify with the most is “communicate openly and effectively” because successful communication helps us better to understand people and situations which then leads to better service for our clients. Great communication also helps us to overcome diversity, build trust, develop respect, and create conditions to efficiently solve problems.

All the experiences that I have acquired working as a customer service representative have helped me grow. I have learned a lot, including how to interact with different types of people, and how to address their needs and solve problems in the proper way.
