Hello, I’m Daring Pérez, and I’m proud to serve as a Client Services Representative at the Ramos Law Firm. I have to say that my journey to this role has been shaped by a commitment to personal growth and a passion for helping others.

My career path began in the construction field, where I gained invaluable experience in teamwork, attention to detail, and the meaning of hard work. I transitioned into the customer service industry in 2011, where I honed my skills in customer service, sales, technical support, and retention over the next decade. Throughout my career, I’ve been known for my ability to adapt quickly, communicate effectively, and provide exceptional service to clients and customers.

Since joining the Ramos Law Firm in 2023, I’ve had the privilege of applying my expertise to assist clients with their legal needs. As an Intake Specialist, I play a crucial role in ensuring that individuals receive the support and guidance they need during challenging times. My dedication to being available for both myself and my loved ones drives me to deliver the highest level of service to our clients.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, pursuing my passions, and setting goals for personal and professional growth. With my independent spirit, quick learning abilities, and compassionate nature, I’m honored to be an integral part of the Ramos Law team and a trusted advocate for those in need.
