Shanice Espinoza

Hello, my name is Shanice Espinoza, and I’m part of the Human Resources team here at Ramos Law. I joined the firm because I have a passion for helping others. I find fulfillment in building meaningful connections, understanding individual needs, and offering guidance that empowers others to reach their full potential.

I’m a Colorado native and proud graduate of the University of Colorado Denver, where I earned a B.A. in Criminal Justice with minors in Psychology and Sociology. I chose to study Criminal Justice because I wanted to make a positive impact on our community. My mission here is to help people flourish by cultivating a supportive environment where individuals are the heart of a successful organization.

My family means everything to me. I cherish the time we spend together, as they fill my life with unforgettable memories. We support each other unconditionally, and that bond is something I hold close to my heart.

In my free time, I love crafting and decorating. One of my favorite things to do is plan memorable events; every detail matters to me. I enjoy transforming empty spaces into something magical, creating an atmosphere where my family and friends feel celebrated and every moment feels special.

I’m truly excited to be part of the Ramos Law team and look forward to continuing to help others pursue their goals and dreams.
