About Robert Harper
Robert is a seasoned trial attorney with over 450 litigated cases under his belt and multiple courtroom victories spanning across Colorado Federal, District, and County Courts, which include numerous six and seven-figure settlements. Robert is dedicated to employing strategic litigation tactics, ensuring that his clients maintain a legal advantage while being fully informed to make educated decisions. Having worked with some of the largest insurance companies as well as personal injury firms, Robert brings a unique perspective to each case, leveraging his insight for the client’s benefit.
Robert earned his B.A. in History and Political Science from Albright University, where he achieved significant athletic honors, including All-American in Football, Defensive Player of the Year, and Student of the Year in 2009. He went on to earn both his J.D. and master’s degree from Vermont Law School. His awards and associations include Top 40 under 40 for Lawyers in the State of Colorado, Colorado Rising Stars (awarded in 2025 by Super Lawyers, an honor bestowed on only three percent of attorneys in Colorado) and is a proud member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Douglas County Bar Association.
Originally from an immigrant family from Belfast, Ireland, Robert grew up in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. He is an avid golfer, hiker, fly-fisherman, and an overly confident home cook. Having visited 42 national parks to date, he continues to seek new adventures. Robert enjoys spending quality time with his wife, two sons, and his beloved dog, Jersey the Boxer, while rooting on his Philadelphia Eagles (Go Birds). He is also a dedicated Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner.
