About Erica Smith
Hello! My name is Erica Smith. I am a Pre-litigation Paralegal at the Ramos Law Firm. I joined Ramos Law in 2022 because working in personal injury law has been my passion since starting my paralegal career in 2010. I am originally from Arvada, Colorado. I relocated to Hot Springs, South Dakota, where I had the opportunity to work at a small law firm as a receptionist and quickly realized that being a paralegal was what I aspired to be. I earned my paralegal certificate through Metropolitan State University of Denver, paralegal studies. Through my experiences I have learned that taking care of clients is the most important aspect to any case. I have handled cases from beginning to end and am committed to ensuring cases are handled with care. I am happy to be a part of the Ramos Law Family because I value the culture that this law firm believes in.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family. We are a hockey family! Most of our time consists of traveling to games and practices for my two sons. I also enjoy reading murder/mystery books. I enjoy cross-stitching, which my grandma taught me to do as a child. I have been working on teaching my daughter to paint (mostly folk art), that talent was passed down to me by my grandma. I am an avid Harry Potter fan!
I am a mother to three beautiful children, (13, 11 and 8) and a wife to my husband of 16 years.
Ramos Law is always here to help. If there is anything you need, please do not hesitate to reach out.
