About Emma Cail
As a born and raised Hoosier, I graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Law & Public Policy and a minor in Communication & Public Advocacy. At IU, I worked as an investigative journalist contributing research to national investigations and articles uncovering regulatory failures, unethical practices, and institutional improprieties. My experiences laid the foundation for my core values of integrity, accountability, and courage to stand up for what is right, which are reflected in our work here at Ramos Law.
I joined the Aviation Division because I saw an opportunity to make a difference in an underrepresented industry, and my passion for advocacy has found a home in aviation. As an Aviation Paralegal, advocating for our clients has made me a strong proponent of aeromedical reform. To pilots, flying is not just a hobby, it can also be their career, passion, and identity—which is why we strive to achieve the best outcomes possible for our clients in all facets.
My current goals include obtaining my commercial pilot license, attending law school in a few years, and making a lasting impact in aviation law.
When I’m not working, my cat Paris and my dog Mojito keep me busy. In my personal time, I enjoy live music, going out to eat, traveling, and spending quality time with my friends and family.
Ramos Law is always here to help. If there is ever anything you need, please do not hesitate to reach out to me at ecail@ramoslaw.com.
