Hello! My name is Pamela Rood, and I am a Litigation Paralegal on the Medical Malpractice team at Ramos Law.
I spent 25 years in the insurance industry as an adjuster, helping people through difficult and sometimes catastrophic events. Eight years ago, I transitioned into the personal injury legal field and began a new professional journey that has been both rewarding and fulfilling. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and earned my Associate in Claims designation during my time in the insurance industry. My experience as a paralegal has challenged my curiosity, expanded my knowledge, and strengthened my passion for advocating on behalf of injured individuals.
The values at Ramos Law closely align with my own, and being part of a team that advocates for clients and helps them recover from life-changing injuries is both motivating and meaningful to me.
I am a Colorado native and have spent most of my life here. I also spent 17 years in Wyoming with my late husband and our three children before returning to Colorado. During that time, I developed a love for camping, hunting, fishing, and everything the outdoors has to offer. Those experiences inspired me to reconnect with my passion for exploration and adventure.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my children and their families, as well as planning trips and new experiences to explore the beauty and spirit of the American West.
