Naisha Rodriguez

Paralegal, Litigation

About Naisha Rodriguez

Hi! My name is Naísha (nah-ee-shah) Rodriguez, and I am a Litigation Paralegal at Ramos Law. I joined the firm at the beginning of 2026 and have focused my career on medical malpractice and personal injury litigation. I chose to join Ramos Law because the dedicated team embodies my passion for helping people. Together, we strive to practice law with a deep sense of advocacy, combining expertise with genuine compassion for every client we serve.

I spent most of my youth between South Florida and Puerto Rico before attending Florida State University, where I earned bachelor’s degrees in political science and psychology (Go Noles!). I began my legal career nearly nine years ago as a litigation paralegal at an insurance defense firm. After two years, I realized that my empathy for injured individuals called for a change. I then transitioned to working alongside exceptionally talented attorneys, advocating for individuals harmed by the negligence of others.

Through the mentorship of these attorneys, I was introduced to the field of medical malpractice, which fueled my passion and drive to seek justice for injured patients. I am devoted to leveling the playing field against powerful insurance companies and making a significant societal impact by holding negligent healthcare providers accountable. This role allows me to support clients during some of the most challenging moments of their lives, so they can focus on healing while knowing their legal team is firmly in their corner.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, family, and our three dogs—our home is often a happy madhouse. In my free time, I love hiking, cooking, playing board games (usually very loudly), attending concerts, and traveling.

If you need support or assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We are here to help and are fully committed to providing the care, guidance, and advocacy you deserve. You are not alone—we are ready to stand by you every step of the way.
