I’m originally from Denver, Colorado, but both of my parents are from Zacatecas, Mexico. I bring with me a background in customer service and prior paralegal experience, which has helped me develop a strong understanding of the legal process and the emotional toll a motor vehicle accident (MVA) can have on someone.
One of the most important lessons I’ve learned throughout my career is to treat everyone with kindness—because you never know what someone might be going through.
