Paula Villao

HOLA! My name is Paula Villao, I am a legal assistant on the Pre-Litigation team here at the Ramos Law Firm. I joined the team in May 2022 because I got inspired by their unique, kind, and dedicated way of making a good impact on other people’s lives.

I recently graduated from law school and have experience in the legal field as well as teamworking and time management, thanks to an internship at an international Company during the Covid season. Through this short career path, the most important lesson I have learned is to listen and have good open conversations with others. I am happy to be a part of this group of people who apply that daily.

I was born and raised in Ecuador, so I’m fluent in Spanish as well as English. I am a daughter and a sister to a family of 6, including our tiny little puppy named Mia. Mia is the sweetest living being on earth and the biggest beach fan. I love to spend time with my family, especially on Friday nights when we watch movies and get cozy while eating dessert.

I’m known as the pastry chef in my family, you will always know where to find me during my non-working days. I mostly bake healthy desserts because I like eating healthy, but I’m not going to lie, cookies are never missed in my house. I also enjoy working out, having coffee dates, taking walks, and spending quality time with my people. These are the things that fill my soul the most.
