Joseph Henk

Hello, my name is Joseph Henk, and I am a Pre-Litigation Attorney at Ramos Law. I joined the firm in 2026 because of its strong reputation for advocating aggressively on behalf of its clients.

I am originally from San Antonio, Texas. I earned my undergraduate degree from Texas State University and my Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law. Prior to attending law school, I worked as a personal injury paralegal, where I gained valuable, hands-on experience in the field. During law school, I was an active member of both the National Trial Team and Moot Court Team. While competing, I was honored to receive the 2022 Mack Kidd Administrative Law Best Oralist Award. I also interned with the Office of the Governor of Texas.

After graduating from law school, my wife and I relocated to Colorado to enjoy the outdoors, including camping and hiking. I have been practicing personal injury law in Colorado for over a year and find it incredibly rewarding to advocate for individuals who need support during difficult times.
