About Jessica Garcia

Jessica García Lanzas is a member of the Intake Team at Ramos Law. She joined the firm in 2025 with the goal of applying her background in customer service, quality assurance, and client support in a setting where she could make a meaningful difference for people seeking genuine care and guidance.

Originally from Managua, Nicaragua, Jessica spent more than six years working in the customer service and BPO industry. Her experience includes roles as a Customer Service Advisor, Collections Executive, and Customer Service Representative and Quality Analyst. In these positions, she supported U.S. based clients and managed high volume interactions with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail. Through this work, she developed a strong appreciation for patience, clear communication, active listening, and approaching every situation with understanding and respect.

Jessica’s skill set includes customer support, effective communication, performance analysis, quality monitoring, problem solving, and handling sensitive client information with discretion. One of the most important lessons she has learned throughout her career is that every client deserves to feel heard and valued. She believes in taking the time to fully understand each person’s situation before offering solutions.

Jessica is proud to be part of the Ramos Law family, as the firm’s commitment to compassion, service, and doing what is right for people closely aligns with her personal values and professional goals.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with loved ones, learning new skills, and continuously improving herself both personally and professionally. She is family oriented and deeply committed to supporting and staying connected with those closest to her. Her passions include helping others, personal growth, and working in service driven environments, which motivate her to bring kindness, efficiency, and dedication to every interaction.
