Hello! My name is Cindy Prado, and I am a dedicated member of the Legal Assistant department at Ramos Law. I joined the team on January 12, 2026, driven by a desire to embrace new challenges and build a specialized career within the legal industry.
With more than three years of experience in customer service and technical support within the BPO sector, I have successfully transitioned my background into the detailed management of medical records and legal administration. Through these professional experiences, I have developed a skill set defined by resilience, proactivity, and a positive approach to problem-solving.
My technical expertise includes medical records management, subrogation ledger oversight, and balance verification using platforms such as Neos for case management, Datafied for records retrieval, and SharePoint for secure document organization. One of the most important lessons I have learned throughout my career is that proactive communication and attention to detail are essential to success. Taking the initiative to conduct thorough follow-ups with medical facilities helps ensure accuracy and prevents unnecessary delays for our clients.
I am honored to be part of the Ramos Law family because of the firm’s collaborative culture and commitment to providing high-quality legal service. Being part of a team that genuinely prioritizes client care allows me to contribute in a meaningful way to our clients’ well-being.
Outside of work, I am a happily engaged bride-to-be and a devoted daughter who enjoys traveling to visit my mother and younger sister and spending quality time with loved ones.
Some of my passions include music, especially the work of Michael Jackson, whose artistry inspires my own creativity. I also enjoy literature, particularly horror and fiction classics by authors such as Stephen King and Edgar Allan Poe, whose storytelling offers unique insight into the human experience.
Ramos Law is always here to help. If there is ever anything you need, please do not hesitate to reach out.
