I believe my professional background and technical skills align well with Ramos Law’s high standards and focus on growth and excellence. I am originally from Granada, Nicaragua. With more than five years of experience in the BPO sector, I have demonstrated consistent professional growth and leadership. My progression from Technical Support Agent to Team Leader and Supervisor has given me a strong understanding of teamwork, communication, and operational excellence.
My main skills include analytical thinking, adaptability, resilience, and strong attention to detail. One of the most significant lessons I have learned throughout my career is that effective leadership is not about giving orders. It is about serving as a bridge between company goals and team success.
I am honored to be a member of the Ramos Law team. The firm consistently provides the resources and support needed to help us perform at a high level each day. I also find great professional fulfillment in learning new procedures within Neos, as these experiences allow me to refine my skills and contribute more effectively to our collective success.
Outside of work, I am a composed and approachable person who deeply values family connections. I also have a strong interest in strategic gaming on the PS4, particularly immersive titles such as Days Gone and God of War. I find these games excellent for both relaxation and sharpening my analytical perspective.
