Bryan Rugama

Hello! My name is Bryan Rugama, and I am part of the Intake Department at Ramos Law. I joined the firm in 2026 because I am passionate about helping people navigate difficult situations and wanted to be part of a team committed to providing compassionate, high-quality legal support.

I am originally from Nicaragua, where I worked as an Intake Specialist and Paralegal. Through my experience, I developed strong skills in active listening, attention to detail, and guiding clients through stressful situations with clarity and care. My skill set includes communication, case evaluation, client relations, and problem-solving, as well as the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments. One of the most important lessons I have learned throughout my career is that empathy and clear communication can significantly impact a client’s experience. Taking the time to truly listen helps build trust and ensures more effective support.

I am proud to be part of the Ramos Law family and value the opportunity to contribute to a team that genuinely fights for its clients.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing video games and spending time with my family. I am a proud husband who values relaxing at home and making the most of time with loved ones. I am passionate about helping others, personal growth, and maintaining a strong balance between my personal and professional life.
