Allan Forbes

Hello, my name is Allan, and I am part of the Intake Specialist team at Ramos Law. I joined the firm in 2026 after hearing great things about its reputation and commitment to helping clients. I am originally from Nicaragua and have worked in customer service and technical support for the past 11 years.

Through my experience, I have learned how to provide strong customer service by truly listening to people, understanding their concerns, and making sure they feel heard. I believe it is important for clients to know they are speaking with someone who genuinely cares. The most valuable lesson I have learned throughout my career is how to actively listen and clearly express a willingness to help from the very first interaction. First impressions matter, and I strive to make each one positive and reassuring.

I am happy to be part of the Ramos Law family because I see it as a great opportunity to continue learning, growing professionally, and sharing my skills in a meaningful way.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading mystery novels and playing the guitar in my free time.
