Alison Tracey

Hello, I’m Alison Tracey. I joined the litigation team at Ramos Law in June 2025, bringing with me a deep commitment to advocating for individuals during some of the most challenging moments of their lives. I grew up in New York and attended law school there before beginning my career at the Innocence Project. During that time, I worked to help exonerate wrongfully convicted individuals through DNA evidence, an experience that profoundly shaped my belief that every voice deserves to be heard and that justice must be pursued with both precision and compassion.

That foundation guides my work today. I believe that effective representation starts with truly understanding my clients as people, not just as case files. Taking the time to listen, connect, and build trust allows me to advocate more powerfully on their behalf, and I am dedicated to fighting tirelessly for each client I serve.

Outside of my legal practice, I enjoy cooking, snowboarding, spending time near the water, and creating memories with my family. I am fortunate to share my life with a wonderful husband, our baby boy, and our sweet pittie mix.
