Alex Benavides

Hello! My name is Alex Benavides, and I am a Case Opener at Ramos Law Firm. I joined Ramos Law in 2025 because I’ve always been drawn to the legal field and to work that promotes fairness and accountability. This is my first role at a law firm, and I see it as an important opportunity to learn, grow, and build a strong foundation in the legal industry.

I am originally from Managua, Nicaragua and previously worked as a Regional Recruiter for TRAX Retail, where I developed strong communication skills, learned to manage high workloads, handle difficult conversations, and find effective solutions. My skill set includes client communication, data management, multitasking, customer service, bilingual support, and strong people skills. One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is that it’s not just what you say, but how you say it — clear and respectful communication builds trust and resolves problems.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing soccer, spending time with my child, listening to classic music from the 80s and 90s, and learning about farming as a new personal project.
