Joselyne Sifuentes

Hello, my name is Joselyne Sifuentes. I am one of the receptionists here at the Ramos Law Firm. I joined the team in 2023. I really enjoy helping other people and seeing them happy, which is one of the reasons why I joined the law firm.

If I’m good at one thing it is listening. Since I am one of the first people you talk with when you call, I want to make sure you always feel confident and comfortable. My customer service expertise comes from way back out of high school when I started working at a dry cleaners in my hometown, Avon, Colorado. From my past jobs and experiences, I have learned a lot about people and how to communicate well and listen to the needs of others. From working as a receptionist and guest service associate to answering phones all day as a scheduler, I have developed great communication skills.

I was born in Mexico but raised in the beautiful state of Colorado, specifically in the small mountain towns of Avon, Eagle, and Gypsum. I met and married my husband in Avon and lived there as a married couple for about 4 years, then moved to the Denver area. I have two beautiful children 3 and 8 years old that keep me busy. We love doing outdoor activities like swimming, camping, and watching my son play football on Sundays in the spring, summer, and yes fall, basically all year long there are football-related activities going on in our household. I also love baking; I occasionally make cakes for family gatherings. I enjoy going to visit my parents in the mountains and hanging out with family. As you can probably tell, I am family oriented and you will always be in great hands as Ramos Law Firm is another family to me. Ramos Law is always here to help.
