Haydee Sanchez

Hello, my name is Haydee. I am the Workers’ Compensation Assistant Case Manager at the Ramos Law firm. I joined Ramos Law in April 2022 to explore a new career field. I am originally from Nicaragua where I have over 7 years of experience in Customer Service and around 2 years in Tech Support. Through my experiences, I have learned how to manage time between tasks, how to talk with people and how to work as a team.

Some of my skill sets and traits include problem-solving, organization, detail-oriented, empathy, responsiveness, and tech-savvy. I am very adaptable and always open to feedback, and I love challenges and helping people. The most important lesson that I have learned throughout my career is how to listen and understand people’s concerns, and how to put myself in their shoes. I am happy to be a part of the Ramos Law Family because I do feel appreciated here, everyone is so nice, friendly, and always willing to help.

I enjoy spending time with my dogs and my soulmate, Oscar, watching movies, cooking together, or traveling to the beautiful places our country offers. I am a pet mom of four beautiful dogs, three of them are rescued dogs (all of them are girls). Their names are Cleo, Freyja, Hela, and Zora. Also, I have a bunny named Loki.

Some of my passions include cooking, painting, drawing, and organizing things. I love everything related to Harry Potter and I love to read and spread the word about adopting a stray pet of any kind. My dream is to be able to have an animal shelter and be able to assist/rehabilitate as many stray dogs/cats as possible. It will make me feel happy and complete to change the world for these furry friends. I like to think that I already started by taking in 3 beautiful souls.
