She oversees digital and traditional channels, demand generation, and performance optimization, while aligning marketing with firm-wide priorities as a member of the executive leadership team.<\/p>

Born and raised in Colorado, Tracy brings a deep connection to the communities Ramos Law serves and a leadership style grounded in authenticity, resilience, and results. She is known for bridging strategy and execution, building high-performing teams, and creating scalable marketing infrastructure.<\/p>

Previously, Tracy served as Chief Marketing Officer at Applejack Wine & Spirits, leading omnichannel marketing and driving record growth. She also served as President of Factory Design Labs, growing the agency from $2 million to over $50 million and delivering award-winning work for brands including Audi of America, The North Face, Callaway Golf, and Oakley.<\/p>

Tracy\u2019s leadership is defined by her strategic acumen and a spirit that epitomizes true grit and clever wit, qualities that shape her approach to challenges and opportunities alike. She is deeply committed to community impact, serving on the Board of Directors for the American Transplant Foundation and contributing to the Alexander Brown Memorial Scholarship Fund.<\/p>

Outside of work, Tracy is an avid skier, golfer, hiker, yogi, and enjoys playing mahjongg.
