Me llamo Na\u00edsha Rodr\u00edguez y soy asistente legal de litigios en Ramos Law. Me incorpor\u00e9 al bufete a principios de 2026 y he centrado mi carrera en litigios por negligencia m\u00e9dica y lesiones personales. Eleg\u00ed unirme a Ramos Law porque el equipo dedicado representa mi pasi\u00f3n por ayudar a las personas. Juntos, nos esforzamos por ejercer la abogac\u00eda con un profundo sentido de defensa, combinando experiencia con genuina compasi\u00f3n por cada cliente que atendemos.<\/p><p>Pas\u00e9 la mayor parte de mi juventud entre el sur de Florida y Puerto Rico antes de asistir a la Universidad Estatal de Florida, donde obtuve una licenciatura en ciencias pol\u00edticas y psicolog\u00eda (\u00a1Vamos Noles!). Comenc\u00e9 mi carrera legal hace casi nueve a\u00f1os como asistente legal de litigios en una firma de defensa de seguros. Despu\u00e9s de dos a\u00f1os, me di cuenta de que mi empat\u00eda por las personas lesionadas requer\u00eda un cambio. Entonces pas\u00e9 a trabajar junto a abogados excepcionalmente talentosos, defendiendo a personas perjudicadas por la negligencia de otros.<\/p><p>Gracias a la mentor\u00eda de estos abogados, conoc\u00ed el campo de la negligencia m\u00e9dica, lo que impuls\u00f3 mi pasi\u00f3n y mi determinaci\u00f3n por buscar justicia para los pacientes lesionados. Me dedico a crear igualdad de condiciones contra las poderosas aseguradoras y a generar un impacto social significativo al exigir responsabilidades a los profesionales de la salud negligentes. Este puesto me permite apoyar a mis clientes durante algunos de los momentos m\u00e1s dif\u00edciles de sus vidas, para que puedan concentrarse en su recuperaci\u00f3n con la tranquilidad de que su equipo legal los respalda firmemente.<\/p><p>Fuera del trabajo, disfruto pasar tiempo con mi esposo, mi familia y nuestros tres perros; nuestra casa suele ser un manicomio feliz. En mi tiempo libre, me encanta hacer senderismo, cocinar, jugar juegos de mesa (normalmente muy ruidosos), ir a conciertos y viajar.<\/p><p>Si necesita apoyo o asistencia, no dude en contactarnos.
